The total backlog of the Famur Group is PLN 799 million at the end of 2021, including in Russia – about PLN 189 million

The total backlog of the Famur Group (understood as deliveries of machinery and equipment as well as leases in accordance with the terms of the contracts) at the end of December 2021 was at the level of approx. PLN 799 million (including approx. PLN 189 million is a backlog for devices intended for operation on territory of Russia), the company said.

"Our commercial activity in 2021 in this segment allowed us to obtain approx. PLN 950 million of new orders from Poland and abroad, which meant that the total backlog (understood as deliveries of machinery and equipment and leases in accordance with the terms of the contracts) at the end of 2021 amounted to about PLN 799 million ”- we read in the CEO's letter attached to the annual report.

The total backlog for devices intended for operation in Russia as at December 31, 2021 was PLN 189 million, it was also reported.

“Adjusted for the above waiver of contracts, the total backlog for devices intended for operation in Russia at the end of February 2022 (i.e. the last closed balance sheet period until the publication of this report) amounted to approximately PLN 40 million. Throughout 2021, the Famur Group recognized PLN 205 million of revenues from the implementation of contracts for the supply of machinery for operation in the territory of the Russian Federation "- we read further.

Famur is a manufacturer of machines used in mining, and since May 2021 it has been implementing a strategy of transformation towards a holding investing in a green transformation and other prospective industrial sectors. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2006. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1,050 million in 2021.
