Śnieżka posts record results during lockdown.

Śnieżka’s Management Board recommends allocating PLN 45.42 million from the profit in 2020 for dividend payment, i.e. PLN 3.6 dividend per share. For comparison, from the profit in 2019, the company allocated PLN 32.8 million for dividends, i.e. PLN 2.6 per share.

It is worth adding that Śnieżka has been paying dividends continuously since 2004. So far, the highest annual payment in the company’s history took place in 2017, when the shareholders received PLN 3.2 per share. The proposal for 2020 is therefore a historic record for this company. Of course, if the management board’s proposal is approved by the general meeting, the shareholders’ decision is binding, not the management’s recommendation.

Such a high dividend is the result of a great year. Śnieżka’s consolidated net profit increased by 37.6% in 2020. y / y to PLN 86.2 million, and revenues by 14.5 percent. up to PLN 821.3 million. The company was not harmed by the coronavirus, on the contrary, the pandemic supported the results.
