The Q Service Castrol service network, a joint concept of Inter Cars and Castrol, has reached the number of 500 car workshops under its banner throughout Poland, said the network manager Marta Ciesielska.
“In three years we managed to build one of the leading network concepts in Poland. The Inter Cars and Castrol brands have once again proved that they perfectly understand the needs of drivers, offering them professional repair services and responding to their growing expectations. 500 workshops under the name of Q Service Castrol are great satisfaction for us, but also a commitment to continue working on the development of the network, ”said Ciesielska, quoted in the release.
The project is not slowing down – the company focuses on including only quality services in its concept, thanks to which it will further strengthen its presence on the Polish market, stated in the announcement.
“500 points on the map of Poland is a very satisfying result. We are present wherever drivers need us. Achieving this level requires us to focus on continuous quality improvement and standardization. In addition, we closely observe what is happening in the industry and successively introduce new products that meet customer expectations.
