The National Health Fund chose Comarch’s offer for the implementation of the Energia ERP system, worth PLN 18,45 million gross

Comarch's offer for the implementation of the project "ERP-class resource management support system with 4-year maintenance" was selected by the National Health Fund (NFZ), the company said. The agreement provides for the implementation of the system within 30 months from the date of contact. The gross value of the project is PLN 18.45 million.

The aim of the project is to improve the operation of the institution in the area of ​​financial management, accounting, human resources, payroll and property records. It is all thanks to the implementation of modern technical and organizational solutions. As part of the project, a modern Comarch ERP Egeria system will be delivered. The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the headquarters of the National Health Fund in Warsaw. The implementation will also cover the Provincial Branches of the National Health Fund, it said.

“The National Health Fund currently has 17 IT systems that are separated from each other. Data must be repeatedly entered. This causes major communication and business problems. Thanks to the implementation of the Comarch ERP system, Egeria NFZ Headquarters will be able to obtain data directly from provincial branches and ensure higher data quality. It will be possible to create extensive and flexible reports and ad hoc analyzes, ”reads the release.

Comarch specializes in the design, implementation and integration of advanced IT systems, programming tools, tools and network infrastructures. The company has been listed on the WSE since 1999. Its consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 1.62 billion in 2021.
