The K2 Group had PLN 3.75 million of net profit, and PLN 9.21 million of EBITDA in 2021

The K2 Group recorded PLN 3.75 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 4.03 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 6.42 million compared to PLN 8.69 million profit a year earlier. The EBITDA profit amounted to PLN 9.21 million compared to PLN 11.57 million a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 106.54 million in 2021 compared to PLN 103.92 million a year earlier.

“In 2021, the operating revenues of the K2 Group increased again, this time by 13%, to the highest level in our history of PLN 75 million of operating revenues (with almost PLN 124 million in total revenues). The leader of the group's growth was our largest business - software house Fabrity, whose operating revenues increased by 19% and exceeded PLN 35 million. Oktawave, the public cloud operator, grew by nearly 12% to over PLN 18 million. For PerfectBot, our youngest business, the increase in revenues in percentage terms was three-digit, and the milestone was the achievement of PLN 1 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR). Only our marketing businesses (K2 Create and K2 Precise) did not manage to scale up, ”wrote President Paweł Wujec in a letter to shareholders.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 amounted to PLN 1.99 million, compared to PLN 0.44 million loss a year earlier.
