The Arctic Paper packaging factory should be built as planned by the fourth quarter of 2023

Arctic Paper has started negotiations with potential suppliers of technological lines for a new packaging production line in Kostrzyn, which should be completed by mid-May, announced President Michał Jarczyński. He announced that the packaging factory worth EUR 15 million (about PLN 70 million) should be built as planned by the fourth quarter of 2023.

“We are entering into negotiations with potential suppliers of technological lines, i.e. key elements of the new factory. Some will come from European suppliers, some probably from outside Europe. I hope that in mid-May we will be able to say more about the dates of the construction itself, ”said Jarczyński during the videoconference.

At the same time, he assured that if there were no serious disturbances on the market, the construction completion date in the fourth quarter of 2023 should be kept.

Arctic Paper is the second largest European producer of bulky book paper in terms of production volume and one of the leading producers of high-quality graphic paper in Europe. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2009. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 2.85 billion in 2020.
