Ten Square Games is one of the largest producers and publishers of mobile and browser games in Poland.
The management board of Ten Square Games (TSG) has decided to begin a process of reviewing strategic options for further expansion, the company said.
“The goal of this process is to choose the best way to implement the company’s long-term strategy to continue to grow and maximize shareholder value. During the review, Ten Square Games will continue to implement its existing strategy, activities and projects. The management board will take into account various strategic options, including attracting a strategic or financial investor, ”the release reads.
As part of the process, to the extent permitted by applicable law, selected entities may be provided with additional information about the company and its affiliates.
“Accordingly, the management board has engaged financial and legal advisers to assist it in conducting its strategic review. Currently, no decision has been made regarding the choice of a specific strategic option and it is uncertain whether and when such a decision will be made, ”we also read.
The company was founded in 2011 by Maciej Popowicz and Arkadiusz Pernal – the creators of the Nasza Klasa community portal (nk.pl), who introduced free-to-play games to it. The company made its debut on the WSE in May 2018, and its share price has performed well: rising from 60pln to its current 460pln.
