T-Mobile Poland introduces Smart Car Business, a service to help drivers and fleet owners manage vehicle data. The service is provided with a device connected to the OBD-II port in cars and the application T-Mobile Tracker to view data collected from up to 24 vehicles.
The service enables entrepreneurs to be informed of the location of their vehicles, have access to a history of journeys with the possibility of exporting the data to a file, and set notifications about speeding by the driver, leaving a pre-defined zone, accidents or low battery.
The device also works as a Wi-Fi hotspot. The Smart Car Business service includes 20 GB data a month and 1 GB within the EU. Business customers using Magenta Biznes can use internet without data limits.
The device costs PLN 19 with VAT and the monthly subscription is PLN 35; customers of Magenta Biznes pay PLN 30 a month. A minimum contract of 24 months is required.
