The Polish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus of Vercom, a company from the R22 Group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Subscriptions for shares in the individual investors’ tranche started last week. The debut is planned for the beginning of May.
Vercom intends to obtain approximately PLN 180 million from the public offering for further development. With the support of other sources of financing, the company intends to allocate the funds raised to the acquisitions of entities operating in the CEE region in the area of CPaaS. This will help the company accelerate its development by increasing the scale of its operations and thus strengthen its position on the CPaaS market in the region.
Additionally, the company will offer existing shares. The value of the offer will therefore amount to PLN 225 million.
