Spyrosoft acquired 60% of Better Software Group shares for PLN 20 million

Spyrosoft has concluded an agreement with Sławomir Piwko and Bartłomiej Lozia for the purchase of 60% of Better Software Group shares for a total of PLN 20 million, the company said.

“The agreement provides for the possibility of reducing the sale price if the operating profit (EBITDA) for 2022 or 2023 turns out to be lower than that specified in the agreement. The shares will be sold with all rights related to such shares, including rights to the appropriate part of the profit achieved by the company only from 2022 (the profit for 2021 will not be due to the issuer, and the seller will allocate the entire profit to the company's supplementary capital) " - we read in the announcement.

On March 30, Spyrosoft announced that it had successfully completed the due diligence process carried out as part of negotiations regarding the acquisition of a controlling stake in an entity from the software industry.
