Selena Group plans to invest to renewable energy sources and will build industrial PV installations

Selena Group intends to invest in renewable energy by implementing and operating biogas, biomethane, photovoltaic and wind projects in Central and Eastern Europe, the company said. In the first quarter of 2022, Selena Group expanded its portfolio to include photovoltaic installations on the roofs of industrial buildings.

Selena Green Investments will be a part of the Selena Group, responsible for extending the offer, developing activities in the renewable energy sector, it was noted.

“In the first quarter of 2022, Selena Group expanded its portfolio to include activities involving, in particular, the implementation of photovoltaic installations on the roofs of industrial buildings, as well as accompanying works, using a traditional product offer. The development towards further green investments will be a continuation of this activity, ”reads the press release.

The Selena FM Group is a global producer and distributor of construction chemicals. The main brands are Tytan, Artelit and Spanish Quilosa. It is one of the world's three largest producers of polyurethane foam used in the assembly of windows and doors. Selena's production plants are located in Poland, Brazil, Korea, China, Romania, Turkey and Spain. In 2008, the company made its debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 1.38 billion in 2020.
