Salad Story will open 16 new restaurants by the end of 2023

Salad Story - a Polish fast food chain with healthy food - has opened 2 new restaurants in Warsaw and Krakow, and by the end of 2023 it wants to expand the network from 41 to 57 outlets, the company said. The plan is also to start preparations for a NewConnect debut in 2023 or 2024.

A crowdfunding issue of the company has just started, with the goal of PLN 3.2 million, conducted in cooperation with Beesfund.

By the end of 2023, the Salad Story chain will expand by 16 more restaurants. As many as 13 of them will be located in and around Warsaw. Another 3 venues will be opened in Kraków, and one more venues in the Tri-City and one in Wrocław have been announced.

"The minimum plan for this year is 7 premises, including 5 in Warsaw and 2 in Krakow," said the founder and president of Salad Story, Anna Krajewska, quoted in the release.
