REAKTO will test rapid response drones in Skawina

REAKTO has signed a letter of intent with the Skawina commune to conduct a pilot of a rapid response service using drones. The first flights in the area where there are, among others three industrial zones, are planned for the first half of 2023. The Krakow startup will also take part in the project of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency (PANSA), and ultimately plans to enter European markets.

- “I am glad that we can cooperate with the commune, which has been introducing innovations and willingly testing new solutions for years. This pilot is a chance to test the proprietary REAKTO technology in the conditions of its final functioning and gives the opportunity to introduce any improvements in our project. We also hope that the possibility of testing the REAKTO service in larger cities will contribute to rapid commercialization on a European scale, ”says Wojciech Stawiarski, President of the Management Board of REAKTO.

REAKTO is a company that deals with the creation and comprehensive service of a rapid response system dedicated primarily to security agencies and their clients - individual and business. The company is developing its proprietary technology for semi-autonomous, and ultimately autonomous, patrol and intervention flights using drones.

The global value of the drone market in the civil applications segment in the period 2017-2026 is estimated at nearly USD 73.5 billion. Poland's share is in the order of PLN 3.3 billion.

REAKTO is a Polish startup at an early stage of development. The company deals with the creation and comprehensive service of a rapid response system dedicated to security agencies as well as individual and business clients. Currently, it is developing a proprietary service in the Anything as a Service model, allowing for semi-autonomous (ultimately also autonomous) patrol and intervention flights using unmanned aerial vehicles. The president of the company is Wojciech Stawiarski, who has many years of experience in designing IT systems in high-availability and high-performance environments. REAKTO is considering a stock exchange debut in 2023.
