One in four ATMs in Poland to be managed from Gdanski Business Center
Mid-2017 will see Euronet Polska moving its headquarters to Gdanski Business Center, the office complex developed by HB Reavis at the border of the Warsaw districts of Śródmieście and Żoliborz. The company will occupy nearly 3,380 sq m, one of the largest office leases signed in Warsaw so far this year.
“We are proud that such a prestigious and ambitious client like Euronet appreciates the quality of our building. Gdanski Business Center will provide the company with a comfortable and healthy working environment, with easy access by public transport and many amenities on its doorstep. We are certain that Euronet’s employees will appreciate the unique location of their new office and take full advantage of the greenery and wide range of amenities to relax during and after office hours,” says Grzegorz Strutynski, Commercial Director and Board Member, HB Reavis Poland.
Euronet Polska Sp. z o.o. forms part of Euronet Worldwide, a global leader in processing secure electronic financial and payment transactions and the owner of the largest ATM network across Europe. Euronet has been operating in Poland for over twenty years, becoming the owner of the largest independent ATM and recycler network in the country and a leading company providing outsourcing ATM network management services to banks, as well as solutions for electronic payments.
At Gdanski Business Center, which is conveniently located next to the Dworzec Gdanski metro station, Euronet employees will occupy the entire 5th floor in building D. The relocation is scheduled for June and July 2017.
“We found a modern space that perfectly suits our needs. The new spacious office environment will allow us to continue developing our business, while the building’s well-connected location will increase the comfort of our employees,” says Marek Szafirski, CEO of Euronet Poland.
In the process of looking for and selecting the new office, Euronet was represented by Paulina Misiak, Magda Kępka-Gacioch and Piotr Capiga from Cushman & Wakefield.
“We were thrilled to have another opportunity to work with Euronet Polska on the corporate headquarters relocation. Working with such a dynamic and committed team was a very valuable experience for us. Decisions made by Euronet address the core project priorities, namely comfort of work and satisfaction of Euronet’s employees,” says Paulina Misiak, Partner, Cushman & Wakefield.
