The online natural food market has just finished raising money on the Crowdway platform. The company Pora na Pola raised PLN 2.61 million from over 630 investors. It is not the first time that the startup Pora na Pola has used this method of financing its business. It was the third crowdfunding investment round. In total, since 2019, he has received PLN 3.77 million from over 1,630 community investors.
In the completed issue of Pora na Pola, investors acquired all of the 34,800 offered shares. On average, a single investor has invested over 4100 PLN. The company wants to spend the received money on business acceleration. For example, it intends to change the delivery cycle to a daily one and open local logistics hubs in the largest cities in the country (the first one will start in Łódź at the turn of the second and third quarter of this year). The startup also plans to implement an e-shopping subscription model, as well as expand sales in the B2B channel. This is not the end of the website’s plans for the purchase of natural food – the company plans to debut on NewConnect in 2023.
