Mayors and investment officials will highlight their city’s attractiveness for Commercial Real Estate developers and Investors.

Seeking investors, an estimated 30,000+ real estate investors/developers and city and political leaders from more than 100 countries will meet from 12 – 15 March in Cannes for MIPIM (Le marché international des professionnels de l’immobilier), Europe’s largest and most-important international real estate conference.

More than 30 Polish cities and regions will be present including all the majors – Warsaw, Gdansk, Gdynia, Katowice, Krakow, Wroclaw, Poznan, Lublin, Rzeszow, and Lodz.

Key talking points at conferences include trends in real estate investment expected this year, urban development and infrastructure development, as well as several PPP projects.

The CEE region’s presence continues to grow, with Poland the largest, with strong delegations and exhibitors from Hungary, Czech, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

As every year, BiznesPolska.pl will have daily reports during the week of 12-15 March, with news of deals and projects from the Poland stands.
