Polenergia received the TÜV SÜD certificate confirming the sale of green energy

Polenergia Sprzedaż – a subsidiary of Polenergia – was the first in Poland to receive the TÜV SÜD certificate confirming the sale of green energy in accordance with the Energia 2051 standard, the company said. According to the developed standard, Polenergia Sprzedaż guarantees end users completely green energy at every hour of consumption.

“Going through the certification process is a confirmation of the quality of our services and the ‘greenness’ that we offer to our clients. Meeting the conditions of compliance with national and international standards and creating the most advantageous and 100% RES-based offer for energy products has been our goal from the very beginning of the company’s existence. (…) ”said Marcin Frątczak, the board member responsible for the B2B market in Polenergia Sprzedaż, quoted in the announcement.

Polenergia Sprzedaż launched the Energia 2051 standard in June 2021, but today it has been confirmed by an independent audit carried out by TÜV SÜD experts.

“TÜV SÜD Polska has been certifying customers who use renewable energy sources in Poland for over 10 years. It is a sign of the times that an electricity producer is joining this group. We are glad that we can work together with Polenergia Sprzedaż to fight climate change (…) “- commented Artur Labus, director of the Industry Services Department at TÜV SÜD Polska.

Polenergia is a Polish company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, acting as a holding company for its operating subsidiaries operating in the field of energy generation from conventional and renewable sources as well as electricity distribution and trading. The Polenergia Group is jointly controlled by Ms. Dominika Kulczyk and Brookfield Asset Management Inc. based in Canada.
