Poland has been identified as the most attractive place to invest in hotels in Central Eastern Europe and ninth across the whole of Europe. That is according to the CBRE report “European Hotels. Investor Intentions Survey 2018.”
Similarly to the previous year, the top three most attractive places in Europe for hotel investments were: Great Britain (choice of 35 percent of investors), Germany (18 percent) and Spain (16 percent). Poland is number one in the CEE region, which is attractive due to the rapid economic development in recent times. This year there is a chance to beat the record from 2017, when the Polish hotel sector attracted investment of nearly EUR 350 million.
