Grupa Pracuj, the parent company of a number of Eastern European job board brands announced its plans to undertake an initial public offering of shares. The company aims an offering and listing of its ordinary shares on the main market of Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Grupa Pracuj has operated for over 20 years in Poland and 15 years in Ukraine, offering services supporting recruitment, retention and development of staff.
The offering will include solely a portion of the existing shares belonging to the company’s current shareholders.
Currently the company’s largest shareholders are Przemysław Gacek, co-founder and CEO of Grupa Pracuj (holding 54.71% of the share capital and the total votes at the General Meeting, including 51% indirectly through wholly owned Frascati Investments sp. z o.o.), the TCV growth fund (through its vehicle), which invested in the company in 2017 (26.66%), and Maciej Noga, co-founder of Grupa Pracuj and current president of the Supervisory Board (10.22%).
The co-founders of the company are considering the sale in the offering of minority stakes. After completion of the offering, Przemysław Gacek will remain, directly and indirectly through Frascati Investments sp. z o.o., the majority shareholder of the company.
The shares will be offered in a public offering conducted solely in Poland and directed to institutional and retail investors, the shares may be also placed to certain institutional investors outside of the US.
