Pekabex has started operations in Częstochowa, it is planning two halls and a housing investment

Pekabex has started operations in Częstochowa, the company said. The first investment will be the construction of an apartment estate with a total area of approximately 14,500 sq m. m2. The Group will also build two industrial halls in Częstochowa in the modern prefabrication technology for R.Polański and Granulat companies.

Recently, Pekabex Development received a building permit for a residential investment in Częstochowa - a multi-family building at Katedralna Street, where 177 apartments ranging in size from 25 to 115 m2 will be built as part of the 1st stage, with services on the ground floor. Construction is likely to begin in the middle of this year, and stage I is scheduled to be put into operation next year, it said.

“As a company operating dynamically on the domestic market, we notice a constant demand for our products and services from investors from the northern part of the Silesian Voivodeship. Companies operating in Częstochowa and its vicinity benefit from the very good motorway connection with the rest of our country that has just been created. Both Polbut and Granulat are examples of companies that increase their turnover, production capacity, and develop and benefit from the current boom in their industry, ”said Radosław Antoszewski, sales manager in the Pekabex Group.
