PCC Exol: The technological start-up of the reactor for the production of phosphoric esters is in progress

A new reactor for the production of phosphoric esters built by PCC Exol, which will increase the group's production capacity from 137 to 139 thousand. tonnes per year, is in the process of technological start-up, said Vice President Rafał Zdon. Completion of the investment is planned for the second quarter of 2022.

“We are in the technological start-up phase of a reactor for the production of phosphoric esters. The reactor will increase the production capacity from the current ca. tons up to 139 thousand. tons per year. It will enable the production of a wide range of products for the metalworking industry as well as industrial and institutional cleaning, ”Zdon informed during a chat on the Investors Zone platform.

At the same time, work has already started on the investment in a second reactor for the production of phosphoric esters.

The completion of this investment is planned for 2026.

In the first quarter of 2022, the capital expenditure of PCC Exol amounted to PLN 7.1 million, compared to PLN 37.34 million in the entire year 2021.

PCC Exol is the largest producer of surfactants in Poland and the region of Central and Eastern Europe. It is the only producer of anionic and non-ionic surfactants in Poland. Since 2012, the company's shares have been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 807 million in 2021.
