OT Logistics has a contract with Viterra Polska approx. 72 million net by the end of 2023

OT Logistics has signed an agreement with Viterra Polska extending the existing cooperation until the end of 2028 in the field of comprehensive handling and storage of bulk cargoes of plant origin at the OT Port Gdynia sea terminal. The estimated value of the contract until December 31, 2023 is over PLN 72 million net. The remuneration for 2024-2028 will be subject to arrangements, OTL reported.

"The contract will be in force from 01/07/2022 and replaces the contract concluded between the parties on 25/03/2021 [...] The provisions of the contract specify an average annual reloading guarantee, and the estimated value of the contract until 31/12/2023 amounts to over PLN 72 million net . The remuneration for the years 2024-2028 will be determined by the parties and the continuation of the contract during this period will depend on its determination, ”reads the release.

Viterra (formerly: Glencore) is a market leader in agricultural products, incl. cereals, oilseeds, sugar, and rice is present in all major import and export markets in the world.

The OTL Group is a group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange specializing in transport, forwarding and logistics services. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 791 million in 2021.
