Orange Poland has concluded an agreement on the sale of a property complex in Warsaw, on Nowogrodzska/Barbary Street. The property will be sold to the Polish company Hockley for PLN 350 million.
The company optimises is property portfolio according to the corporate strategy and sells property which isn’t necessary for the company for its business activity.
The operator plans to allocate the funds received for investments. The company invests in the development of its services and infrastructure around PLN 2 billion annually.
Orange Poland will rent a part of the property complex sold until 2026, because the company needs time for relocation of the telecommunications infrastructure available there.
