On Tower Poland has appointed Slawomir Gorski its new CEO and president of the management board. On Tower Poland owns telecommunications towers used by the mobile operator P4. Cellnex Group is the majority owner, and the Iliad Group holds a minority stake.
Temporary members of the board who performed their duties during the process of formation of the company left the board, including Nicolas Jaeger, the CFO of Iliad. Santiago Argelich Hesse, the CEO of Cellnex Poland, has become a member of the board.
