Allegro launches Allegro Points subscription service and strategic deal with Kolporter

Delivery to Allegro Punkt is to be free of charge for Allegro Smart subscription holders.

Allegro announced the launch of a new network of points from which it will be possible to collect purchases made on the platform. Allegro Points are to be launched in May, and Kolporter will be the first partner to make its outlets available within this network. It will be possible to collect parcels from Allegro in its 600 press lounges. Allegro Points will expand the network of 31,000 places (e.g. Inpost parcel lockers and other click and collect points) from which you can pick up packages ordered on the largest e-commerce platform in Poland.

Allegro declares that users of the Smart subscription will be able to use Allegro Points for free if their order from a single seller is at least PLN 40. These people will also be able to benefit from free returns. On the other hand, other customers will pay PLN 8.99 for a shipment to Allegro Punkt. In return, the service provider declares that the package will be delivered as soon as by courier.

Allegro Points is a new, but not the first Allegro project in the logistics industry. Let me remind you that the company is also building a network of its own parcel machines. This network is to start later this year and will initially have 1.5 thousand. machines. Currently, a database of locations for vending machines is being built. This information appeared a few months ago and was a bit surprising, because Allegro has a strategic partnership with the largest parcel locker operator in Poland, i.e. Inpost.
