Netia from the Cyfrowy Polsat Group made an offer to the K2 Group to purchase Oktawave

Netia from Cyfrowy Polsat Group submitted to K2 Holding an offer of 100% Oktawave shares from K2 Group, the K2 Group announced.

"Submission of an offer which is the next stage of the process, the result of which may be the sale of the Issuer's subsidiary - Oktawave S.A. and is a succession of the capital of Netia S.A. due diligence, which made it possible to submit the offer. The Issuer intends to conduct activities related to the execution of transactions based on a given offer, in order to determine the content of the share sale agreement "- we in communication.
Oktawave is the first and largest Polish public cloud computing platform, created in 2012. The company creates open cloud technology and supports companies in digital transformation, implementation of multicloud strategies, migration and cloud computing management. It provides its own certified cloud infrastructure.

The K2 Group provides comprehensive solutions and services in the areas of digital transformation and digital marketing. The company has been listed on the WSE since 2008. Its consolidated revenues amounted to PLN 123.8 million in 2021.
