Netguru and the PFR TFI Foreign Expansion Fund invest in San Francisco-based Pilot 44

Netguru, together with the Foreign Expansion Fund managed by PFR TFI, invested in the Pilot44 digital innovation studio from San Francisco.

“The Polish technology sector already has a strong export position, and Netguru's investment in the American company Pilot 44 is the best proof that Polish companies operating in this industry can reach for more and become important players in the mainstream of digital transformation. Over the past two years, there has been a huge acceleration in areas such as: videoconferencing technologies, artificial intelligence, teamwork software, digital payments and mobile security. These trends change the way companies approach the development of their business, as they have to react faster than ever to the changes taking place, and digital technologies are now becoming one of the key elements of building a competitive advantage and accelerating growth "- said the member of the management board for investment at PFR TFI Piotr Kuba.

Pilot 44 is an American innovation studio specializing in implementing digital innovations in companies. He has worked so far with brands such as Coca-Cola, Kellogg's, Red Bull and Procter and Gamble. The representative of PFR TFI added that thanks to the investment in Pilot 44, Netguru will be able to propose a comprehensive strategic advisory offer, including in implementing innovation and digital infrastructure to customers around the world. The plan provides for the buyout of the entire company in the coming years.
