MLP Group has contracted Poznań-based W.P.I.P. to expand its MLP Poznań West project in Dąbrówka on the city’s western outskirts. It currently services InPost.
The general contractor is to build more than 43,000 sqm of new space, with the construction work due to begin by the end of this month.
MLP Poznań West in Dąbrówka came into use in 2019 with the completion of an 8,800 sqm facility for InPost. This was followed in 2020 by another manufacturing and warehouse hall of 12,000 sqm. A third, 8,500 sqm building is now close to completion, which will feature an advanced fast freezing chamber.

We are not afraid of speculative development and are confident that before the end of the construction work all the free space will be leased. (…)” said Radosław T. Krochta, the president of the management board of MLP Group
This is to be the seventh project W.P.I.P. has carried out for the developer, and by the end of Q1 2022 it will have completed almost 90,000 sqm for MLP Group.
