“The portfolio of all lease agreements concluded at the end of last year will generate, in the following periods, rental income of approximately EUR 36 million per annum, which will represent an over 40% increase compared to the previous year. The dynamics of demand in the industrial and logistics sector remains very good. This is due to long-term trends in the development of e-commerce and the digital economy, shortening supply chains and an increasing emphasis on sustainable development. In the coming years, we will focus even more on urban logistics projects with high growth potential in the markets, responding to the needs arising from the evolution of retail (e-commerce). Our well-established position in Europe and many years of experience of the team, together with the constantly expanded portfolio of projects, provide us with a strong basis for further, very dynamic growth of the scale of operations in the coming years, although we do not know how the Russian invasion in Ukraine will translate into the economic situation, "he said. President Radosław T. Krochta, quoted in the press release.

In 2021, the group carried out projects with a total area of over 310,000 sq m. m2.
