MedApp has an agreement to distribute CarnaLife Holo in several Asian countries

MedApp has concluded a distribution agreement with TND LLP based in Almaty (Kazakhstan) for the CarnaLife Holo product (software/software) and hardware necessary to use the software (hardware) in the territory of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Mongolia. The contract was concluded for a period of 3 years and 6 months, the company said.

“The company estimates that if the distributor executes the sales plan set for the assumed duration of the contract (3 years and 6 months), the company will generate revenue of EUR 698,180 in this period, and at the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on December 23, 2022 the amount of PLN 3,237,041.75 for the sale of the CarnaLife Holo product.

TND has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2003. It is a distributor and business partner of leading manufacturers of medical equipment on the medical technology market in Kazakhstan.

MedApp is a company listed on NewConnect operating in the telemedicine industry. The product created and developed by the company is the Carna Life analytical telemedicine system, addressed to patients, doctors and medical facilities. The system is used in such fields as: cardiology, diabetology, dietetics, lifestyle diseases and 3D/4D imaging.
