POLAND The Norwegian company Puro Hotell Holding and the Family Investment 3 Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Gdańsk have agreed to join forces and invest together in the hospitality business.
Puro Hotell Holding will issue new shares that will be bought by the Family Investment 3 Limited liability company. After the transaction the Family Investment 3 Limited Liability Company will have a 30 pct ownership in the Norwegian holding company. Both parties have agreed to continue developing new hotels and to further strengthen the Puro brand’s presence in the hospitality market. The Parties have also agreed, that Marek Piechocki shall become the member of the council of directors in Puro Hotell Holding.
Marek Piechocki is the president of the board of LPP and the chairman of the supervisory board of Family Investment 3 Limited liability company. LPP is an international retail company based in Gdańsk with almost 25 years of experience in designing and selling clothes and accessories. It owns five fashion brands: Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay and operates on 21 markets through Europe, Asia and Africa.
Puro Hotell Holding is the owner of the Puro hotels in Poland. The company is a developer, owner and operator of hotels under its own Puro brand. Puro currently has hotels in Wrocław, Kraków, Poznań and Gdańsk. In total 815 rooms. New hotels in Warsaw and Łódź are set to open 1H 2019. Furthermore, Puro has under preparation hotels in Katowice and a second hotel in Warsaw and plans further expansion over the next years.
