Lokum Deweloper had PLN 55.59 million of net profit, PLN 87.68 million of EBIT in 2021

Lokum Deweloper recorded PLN 55.59 million of consolidated net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company in 2021 compared to PLN 17.27 million of profit a year earlier, the company said in the report.

The operating profit amounted to PLN 87.68 million compared to PLN 35.31 million profit a year earlier.

Consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 309.85 million in 2021 compared to PLN 190.99 million a year earlier.

The profit margin on sales last year was 28.3%, increasing by 9.8 percentage points y / y.

On a standalone basis, the net profit in 2021 was PLN 47.67 million, compared to PLN 55.44 million in profit a year earlier.

Lokum Deweloper is a residential developer from Wrocław, also operating on the Kraków market. In 2015, the company made its debut on the WSE main market. In 2021, it sold 744 apartments.
