Kross forecasts a fourfold increase in sales of electric bicycles in 2022, the company said. The data presented by the company show that the increase in sales of electric bicycles will be equally dynamic in 2023. Sales in this segment of Kross bicycles may be two and a half times higher than in 2022.
“At Kross, we have known for several years that electric bikes will conquer the market. This is another revolution on the two-wheeler market. Poles follow the trends observed in Western European countries. The popularity of e-bikes is an opportunity for the dynamic development of Polish electromobility. With historically high fuel prices, Poles see the advantages of electric bikes. Contrary to the low availability of new cars, the Polish Kross has planned its production processes in such a way that each interested customer can find the right model of an electric bike for them, ”said Jacek Bugaj from the management board of Kross, responsible for the sale, quoted in the announcement.
More and more often, cargo e-bikes are also chosen by delivery companies, guided by logistic, economic and environmental considerations. The electric cargo bike can be reached very close to the destination, which is particularly important with today’s traffic restrictions in city centers. E-bike is also a good proposition for all those who attach great importance to care for the natural environment.
A zero-emission and environmentally friendly powered two-wheeler may become a key mode of transport in the near future, completed. Kross was established in 1990. Its portfolio includes electric, recreational and performance bikes intended for mountain biking, as well as the Le Grand brand, which brings together city bikes. Bicycles are manufactured in a factory located in Przasnysz near Warsaw.
