Jysk now larger in Piotrków

POLAND P3 has delivered a bespoke 37,000 sqm warehouse at P3 Piotrków to household goods retailer Jysk.

Over a one year period, Jysk has increased its space by almost five times and currently occupies nearly 50,000 sqm at the logistics park.

P3’s partnership with Jysk began in 2017, when it leased 10,504 sqm at P3 Piotrków. Later that year, due to high demand for its products, the company required more space and opted for a build-to-suit warehouse. While the new building was under construction, P3 provided Jysk with additional space on a temporary basis.

The new building has a clear internal height of 10m and is equipped with PIR core panels, which provide improved insulation, and energy saving LED lighting.

Jysk uses its centre at P3 Piotrków as buffer warehousing space. Goods are delivered and stored here for several months before being sent to the company’s main distribution warehouse in Radomsko and then to individual stores or direct to customers.

“Currently, we occupy nearly 250,000 sqm of warehouses in central Poland, including our own facilities in Radomsko,” said Bartek Tulejko, the head of CEE logistics at Jysk.
