Central European private equity firm Innova Capital is to become a stakeholder in CS Group Polska, an online marketing services suppliers for the small and medium enterprises sector.
Innova Capital Funds are in the final stages of negotiations for a majority stake in CS Group Polska in what will be the fourth transaction by the new Innova/6 fund, which began investing in April 2018. The company’s current shareholders shall retain minority stakes and will continue supporting its further growth as management and supervisory board members.
CS Group Polska SA specialises in the provision of active online marketing services and web presence management for customers in the small and medium enterprises sector. An extensive product range, tailored to the needs of customers, helps entrepreneurs promote their businesses and products in the digital world and reach new customers via numerous channels, such as marketing in Google search engine (SEO and SEM), creating and optimising websites, presence in internet search engines, social media, video and mailing. Acquisition of a financial investor will make it possible to press ahead with ambitious growth plans, including further product improvements and expanding the range of available products and services.
Innova Capital is interested in further consolidation of the web marketing services market for small and medium enterprises both in Poland and abroad. It is currently in talks with a number of players within that scope. More detailed information as to Innova Capital plans and strategy for this sector will be available once the transaction has been finalised, following a green light by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK).
