The American IT company hires in Katowice faster than planned, although it recruits and hires remotely.
Hyland, a software provider from the US, opened an R&D center in Katowice last year, the first in Central and Eastern Europe, before the summer holidays. It recently signed a government grant to support investment, pledging to employ 78 workers by the end of 2022. However, it will grow faster. The company, which currently employs 40 people in Katowice, intends to triple this number this year. Last year, recruitment and on-boarding took place remotely.
