Hub.Tech moves from New Connect to main Warsaw Stock Exchange listing

The Hub.Tech Group, developing ecological and biotechnological solutions, submitted its prospectus to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the transfer of quotations from NewConnect to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The company expects to debut in the first half of 2022. In addition, the company announced changes in the management board, which is to contribute to increasing synergy between the companies in the Group.
