Hemp & Brew is launching a crowdfunding campaign, it counts on PLN 10 million from negotiated contracts

The open issue of Hemp & Brew shares, promoted on the Beesfund platform, has started. The company wants to obtain PLN 4.5 million from it for development. In addition, Hemp & Brew expects PLN 10 million in revenues after the finalization of negotiated contracts.

"The issue threshold is PLN 200 thousand. On the first day of the open issue, the company has over 70,000. PLN and almost 30 investors. The purpose of the issue is to obtain funds enabling a significant increase in investment capital, working capital and marketing funds. Currently, the company plans to raise PLN 4.5 million. The funds obtained from the issue of Hemp & Brew will be allocated to the expansion of the production line focused on products infused with CBD emulsion, increasing volumes, R&D of new products, expansion of distribution channels, marketing and sales support. The funds are also intended to enable foreign expansion and a significant increase in the value of exports in the revenue structure, ”reads the release.

Hemp & Brew is the first and still the only company to produce CBD-based beers. The unique production and infusion technology of CBD and the first beer - CBD Pale Ale - was created in November 2020. Currently, the company already has 5 food products with a high content of naturally occurring CBD in its portfolio, as indicated in the material.

“We will disenchant the Polish crowdfunding scene. In the last year, we have seen many crowdfunding projects that have not translated into company development or sales and, consequently, investor satisfaction. Our plan is clear - the capital raised will be fully invested in activities aimed at increasing the volume of production, distribution channels and cementing cooperation with large distributors and chains. Our strategy is to gradually increase the value of the company, which we will prove during the stock exchange debut. We will earn and we want our investors to earn with us, ”said the president of Hemp & Brew, Kamil Burdzy, quoted in the press release.


Hemp & Brew is made up of two entities - the Polish beer producer Browar Tarnobrzeg Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. and the Czech producer and processor of hemp Kanopio Trade s.r.o.
