48,686,990 series A shares, 18,155,860 series B shares and 1,261,400 series C shares were introduced to trading, with price mostly unchanged at 74pln.
The final number of shares in Grupa Pracuj’s offer was 15,134,278, ie 22.2 percent of existing shares of the company sold by its existing shareholders, and the final share price was set at PLN 74 per share.
The total value of the public offering was thus PLN 1.12 billion, and the company’s capitalization resulting from the final share price was PLN 5.04 billion.
Bookbuilding began on November 17 and was completed on November 24. Individual investors were allocated 408,623 shares (2.7% of the offer), and institutional investors 14,725,655 shares.
After the offer was completed, President of the Management Board Przemysław Gacek, directly and indirectly through Frascati Investments, remained the majority shareholder of Grupa Pracuj with a share in the share capital of 53%.
