Enata Bread launches new eco concept

Enata Bread has created a new brand, Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z piekarni. The first premises under the new brand appeared in Warsaw at Rokosowska Street.

“We start with the bread that is most important to us and which started it all. However, we would like to point out that bread can be the basis of something more: creative flavors and complementary products for any time of the day” – says Bartłomiej Rychcik, CEO of Enata Bread.

Premises of Gorąco Polecam. Smaki z piekarni will focus on bread: breads, rolls, baguettes, croissants – also on natural sourdough. A novelty are complementary products that constitute the offer of the “Gourmet Regal”, perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner – at any time of the day. It is mainly about cold meats, dairy products, preserves, eggs, juices. Everything from Polish farmers and family businesses.

“Our goal is to create a complete ecosystem around bread – brands, products and services of first choice among consumers and business partners. We want to inspire the flavors of the bakery” – comments Bartłomiej Rychcik. And he adds that ENATA BREAD is working on private labels in the field of coffee (investment in a roaster), cold meats and drinks. In addition, he is working on the development of modern design of his premises in order to make the interiors even more friendly and comfortable.
