Erbud has a contract for the expansion of the Bosch workplace in Mirkow for 41,4 million net.

Erbud has signed a contract worth PLN 41.4 million net for the expansion of the production plant in Mirków for Robert Bosch, Erbud reported.
“This agreement is doubly pleasing. First of all, we are developing in the promising area of ​​warehouse construction. Let me remind you that in December we signed a record contract for PLN 300 million net for the Lidl Błonie logistics center. Secondly, Bosch is an important customer for us, who entrusted us with the expansion of the Mirków plant 15 years ago and we are glad that he trusted us again, ”said Jacek Leczkowski, vice president, quoted in the announcement.

The Bosch facility in Mirków near Wrocław has been operating since 2003, and in 2008-2009 it was also expanded by Erbud. The current contract provides for its expansion by 25% and includes the expansion of another warehouse and logistics hall, two buildings, including one with a high-storage warehouse, as well as technical and road infrastructure, including a parking lot for trucks. The completion date is set at the end of the first quarter of 2023, the start of works is scheduled for the end of March this year. The contract will be implemented by the Wrocław branch of Erbud, it was also announced.

The Erbud Group is a Polish construction group that provides services in the residential, commercial, public utility, engineering, road and energy sectors in Poland and European countries. It has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007. In 2020, it had PLN 2.23 billion of consolidated revenues.
