Emapa from the Optigis Group has an agreement with InPost for the VRP API tool for route optimalization

Emapa, a subsidiary of Optigis, has signed a contract with InPost to provide and maintain the VRP API tool for optimizing courier routes, Optigis reported. The intention of Optigis in 2022 is to establish relations with other partners
and continued development of products offered in the SaaS model.

Emapa from the Optigis Group develops advanced VRP route optimization systems leading to their arrangement in the fastest, cheapest, most profitable way or meeting specific customer requirements. The input data for optimization are point addresses, time windows, number and working time of drivers, transport parameters of vehicles, type and parameters of cargo or logistic infrastructure, it was stated.

“The conclusion of another important contract with our long-term partner, InPost, is for us one of the most important events recently, a reason for satisfaction and an expression of confidence in our latest solutions. Emapa products effectively meet the current needs of many industries related to the minimization of transport costs and CO2 emissions. Considering the recent tremendous increases in fuel prices and the lack of drivers, the use of our technologies is one of the few solutions available on the market that can deliver real savings to companies. We look to the upcoming period with hope, counting on further implementation of our solutions for new clients, including foreign ones, ”said the president of Emapa, Mariusz Stasiak, quoted in the announcement.

Optigis has been listed on the NewConnect market since 2013. Since 1992 he has been dealing with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He creates digital maps, builds and integrates IT systems with map functionality. Its strategic asset is the subsidiary Emapa S.A.
