CTP invests in Opole and confirms plans

The Czech developer of warehouse and industrial space CTP has decided to expand its warehouse park in Opole. The investment will cost EUR 12 million. CTP also confirms the plans to build new logistics parks in Poland.
The investment in the amount of EUR 12 million will allow us to build the fourth facility in CTPark Opole and will provide an additional 20,000 sqm of BREEAM-certified space for logistics or light production.

CTPark Opole is situated on a plot of 13.91 ha on the north-western outskirts of the city, near the national road No. 94. Ultimately, it is to have over 55,000 sq m. sqm lease area. The main tenants are International Automotive Components (IAC), UFI Filters, TitanX and Raben.
