Compremum has secured the sales value of joinery in the investment channel planned for 2022 with binding contracts, the company said. The specialist construction segment (GSM-R contract) was the driving force behind Compremum's growth in the first three months of 2022. It is in this area that the group increased its revenues by 39% y / y. On the other hand, the joinery segment recorded a decline, which, however, was previously forecasted by the company's management board, we read in the announcement on the results for the first quarter of 2022. “We expected a decline in revenues in the joinery segment due to scheduled technological breaks, enabling the replacement of machine tooling at Fabryka Slonawy. However, it was necessary to put a new window profile into production, which will increase our export potential. At the same time, we can boast that the planned sales value of joinery in the investment channel for 2022 is already secured by binding contracts, ”said President Łukasz Fojt, quoted in the material. The Compremum Group operates not only in the field of engineering and construction and joinery, but also in the railway industry (contracts for the modernization of wagons, offering also outside Poland) and renewable energy projects. In the latter segment, in addition to the development of renewable energy power plants, the Compremum Group is implementing an agreement with Durapower Holdings based in Singapore and with Krakow-based Elmodis to launch the production of lithium-ion batteries in Poland, it was recalled. The revenues of the Compremum Group in the first quarter of 2022 increased by 20% y / y to PLN 54.5 million. It allowed to generate PLN 10.6 million of EBITDA result and PLN 6.3 million of net profit. Compremum (formerly Pozbud) conducts operational activity in four segments: teletechnical construction, joinery, renewable energy sources (RES), railway industry. Since 2008, the company has been listed on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Source
