Coffeedesk and the app cooperation in servicing the HoReCa industry

The booking app and the coffee omnichannel Coffeedesk have partnered to jointly acquire and service the HoReCa business, Coffeedesk reported. Both companies operate cafes, restaurants and hotels from all over Poland.

“Cooperation with will allow Coffeedesk to expand its customer portfolio in Poland, giving the owners of the premises the opportunity to expand the menu with drinks that are fashionable among consumers, such as specialty coffee or cold brew. We will also help to improve the quality of coffee serving – by advising on how to build a coffee shop back-up from scratch, “said the head of B2B sales for Poland at Coffeedesk, Kamil Kwietniewski, quoted in the release.

Coffeedesk’s expert advice is a key benefit for partners. The portal helps restaurants and cafes to manage services at the premises, especially table booking, online ordering and building a community with consumers, underlined.

Coffeedesk is the leader of coffee e-commerce in Poland, and is also expanding sales in Central and Eastern Europe. The company is a distributor of coffees, teas and brewing equipment, incl. as the sole distributor of internationally recognized brands.
