Cavatina Holding has established a bond issue program under which it will be entitled to issue, in one or more series, instruments with a total nominal value of no more than PLN 200 million, the company said.
The established program allows for multiple issues of secured bearer bonds with a total value of up to PLN 200 million. The bonds will be offered to selected qualified investors through a public offering and will not require a prospectus or information memorandum. The issued bonds may be introduced to trading in the alternative trading system organized by the Warsaw Stock Exchange, according to the announcement.
“We end 2021 with a strong accent, in which we debuted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The new prospectless bond issue program addressed only to selected qualified investors is another proof of good cooperation with banks and market confidence, thanks to which we continue the intensive process of obtaining financing related to the achievement of our goals. At the stage of verification by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, we also have a prospectus, which we submitted in connection with the established in September this year. the previous program of public bond issue also up to the amount of PLN 200 million, ”said Vice President Daniel Draga, quoted in the press release.
Santander Bank Polska and PKO Bank Polski will act as organizers and dealers, as well as a technical agent and a calculation agent, respectively, in connection with the organization and service of the established program and the issue of bonds under the program, it was also stated.
