Brand24’s recurring monthly revenues increased to PLN 1.67 million at the end of Q1.

Brand24's recurring monthly revenues (MRR) increased by 41% y / y to PLN 1.67 million (ca. USD 404 thousand) at the end of Q1 2021, the company said. This is one of the effects of remodeling the price list and package offer.

Average operating revenue per user (ARPU) increased by 22% y / y in Q1 2022 to PLN 430 (approximately USD 104), with ARPU for new users amounting to PLN 495 (approximately USD 120), which means an increase of more than 40% compared to the period before the pricelist change, it was reported.

“These data clearly show that the dynamics of revenue growth jumped sharply after the introduction of the rebuilt pricing model and incentives to switch to higher packages with longer subscription periods. This is a real revolution in our business model. We recorded the best quarter in the company's history, both in terms of MRR growth and sales. In the coming months, we plan to focus sales activities on larger companies that have correspondingly greater needs and, consequently, budgets. Our goal will be mainly the United States and the markets of the European Union. Foreign sales already generate 73% of our revenues and we want to increase this percentage quickly, ”said Michał Sadowski, president of Brand24, quoted in the press release.

Brand24 owns a proprietary tool for reputation protection and content monitoring on the Internet. The tool is sold globally in the SaaS model (Software as a Service). Brand24 is used by both large global brands as well as small and medium-sized enterprises that are interested in opinions about themselves on the Internet. The company made its debut on the WSE main market in May 2021, moving from the NewConnect market.
