Black Rose Projects submitted an information document in relation to with planned debut on NewConnect

Black Rose Projects, a Gaming Factory Group company, submitted an information document to the Stock Exchange in connection with its planned debut on NewConnect, the company said.

In September last year, the company completed a private issue of series B shares, under which it acquired over PLN 2 million from investors. The funds are used mainly for the production of proprietary PC titles, in particular games from the AA + segment.

The first of the original projects is to be a survival horror called Dark Moonlight.

“This year starts very positively for us and we are currently waiting for the approval of the information document by the WSE, and then for the setting of the date of the debut on the public market. For another year in a row, we have generated a net profit in excess of PLN 1 million, which is a good result. However, we do not stop there. We have very ambitious plans for the coming months, some of these projects are already in the early stages of implementation. Investor support will certainly allow us to expand our portfolio and, above all, to give pace to all the works, ”said Łukasz Bajno, CEO of Black Rose Projects, quoted in the announcement.

Black Rose Projects has been present in the computer games industry since 2018. He specializes in porting games to Nintendo, Xbox and PlayStation. The company is currently also developing its own publishing house of PC games from the AA + segment.
