Logistics operator Antwerk has leased more than 8,200 sqm of warehouse and office space in Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I.
The tenant was represented during the negotiations by Cresa Poland. Panattoni Park Sosnowiec I is a logistics hub to the west of the town. Located just off the S1 expressway, it also has easy access to the A4 motorway and the Sławków Euroterminal, which connects Europe, Russia and China. The park comprises over 300,000 sqm gla.
“Looking for a class A warehouse in Poland, Antwerk expected a good location with easy accessibility to begin its operations this autumn. The specifications of the warehouse were also important. The building has docks on both sides that will enable the tenant to improve the efficiency of its service.” said Jakub Kurek, associate director, Cresa Poland.
