Online sales throughout 2021, according to the company’s estimates, amounted to PLN 721 million, which means an increase of 67% compared to 2020, when sales of PLN 433 million were recorded.
Answear.com points out that the last quarter showed that the development of the functionality of its own e-commerce platform by adding such improvements as: graphical search enabling finding products using a photo and a search engine with auto supplement with additional product recommendations. have worked well. The third marketing campaign carried out on a grand scale additionally increased the recognition of the company. Technological improvement within the website, mobile application and a very good reception of Ansewar_Lab’s own brand helped to increase sales. Answear.com also increased its warehouse capacity, improved its product offer, and new premium brands appeared.
“The sales results achieved in the fourth quarter, including the results on three new foreign markets, were much above our expectations, which bodes well for maintaining the high pace of development also in 2022. This year, we are planning further foreign expansion and we want to strengthen our position in all 10 markets in which we are present” – said President Krzysztof Bajołek.
